MARCH 2000

Start collecting member per capita dues.

Ensure Area Governor visit is scheduled and completed.

Read District 62 newsletter, "The Winner's Circle.

Attend Area 4 Evaluation and International Speech Contests, Sunday, March 26th, 1:00 PM. Location is First Wesleyan Church, 14425 S. Helmer Road, Battle Creek. Come cheer your club contestant to victory!!

Plan on attending the District 62 Spring Conference.

Conduct spring membership drive.

APRIL 2000

Ensure per capita dues and member listings are submitted to Toastmasters International to reach there no later than April 10.

Attend Southwestern Division Evaluation and International Speech contests. Support our Area 4 representatives with your attendance. Date is April 17, 6:30 PM, Borgess Hospital, Medical Specialties Building, Room 002.

Attend the District 62 Spring Conference, April 29th, Harley Hotel, Lansing. Ensure club president and educational vice presidents attend or submit proxy votes for District Executive Meeting.

Plan club officer elections to be held in May.

MAY 2000

Hold club officer elections. Plan on all new club officers attending officer training in June.

Submit club officer listings to Toastmasters International, and to District Governor within 10 days of election.

Provide speaking and other opportunities for club members to achieve CTM/ATM status.

Plan for installation of new club officers.

JUNE 2000

Club officers attend training in Lansing, June 3rd.

New club officers are officially installed.

Start planning club goals and strategy for next Toastmasters year.
